Important Announcement!
A new federal law takes effect on November 12, 2026 that redefines which hemp and hemp-derived products are legal. Because of this change, Square has decided to not accept payments online or in person for ANY CBD and hemp-derived products. The federal law excludes products with no THC, like mine, but Square has chosen to unilaterally not support any CBD and hemp-derived products whatsoever. Here is what they told me when I asked about the law not applying to 0% THC products:
Square told me it is exiting all CBD and hemp‑derived products as a category, including 0.0% THC isolates like mine, and that it cannot make an exception for individual products. It also said that resubmitting lab results would not change the outcome.

Lucille's CBD Infused Honey uses CBD isolate, so there is no THC. We send each batch to an independent lab and test for CBD content per serving as well as the presence of THC.
Each tablespoon-sized serving is guaranteed to have at least 30mg of CBD. With 10.8 servings total, that's 324mg per jar.

What is CBD?
CBD is the acronym for cannabidiol, a chemical compound found in the Cannabid Sativa plant. It's a naturally occurring substance that's used in products like oils and edibles to impart a feeling of relaxation and calm. CBD is not psychoactive like its cousin delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
What is Full Spectrum CBD?
Full Spectrum refers to CBD that contains the full range of naturally occuring componds found in the CBD extract. These compounds include:
- Fats
- Terpenes
- Cannabinoids
- Polyphenols
What is Broad Spectrum CBD?
Broad Spectrum CBD means that it has CBD and some of the naturally occurring compounds found in the CBD extract. It specifially doesn't contain THC.
What is CBD Isolate?
This means that all of the other compounds are stripped away and you're left with just the CBD.
Is it Legal?
Hemp-derived CBD with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC has been legal under federal law since the 2018 Farm Bill, and Lucille's CBD Infused Honey is made with CBD isolate that tests at 0.0% THC.
State rules vary and are changing, and some states restrict CBD products, or CBD in food, more tightly than others. A change to the federal definition of hemp is also on the way; it targets total THC in finished products.

Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD is the non-psychoactive portion of the plant, so there aren't any effects like euphoria.
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
Lucille's CBD Infused Honey does not contain any THC, so it will not show up on a drug test. But we don't control what other products people consume, so we won't legally say you won't test positive on a drug test.
What is the legal limit of THC?
In Washington State, the legal limit is 0.3% THC.
Do you have your CBD Infused Honey third-party tested?
Yes we do! We have an independent lab (either Medicine Creek Analytics in Fife, WA or Confidence Analytics in Redmond, WA) test each batch of Lucille's CBD Infused Honey. You can determine which batch you have by looking at the label on our lid. We list all the test reports by batch on our website here. Make sure you know exactly what is in the CBD products you buy.

Lucille's CBD Infused Honey serving size is 1 Tablespoon (21 grams).
Mix it in your tea or drizzle it over your English Muffin in the morning.
