The only CBD infused honey with certified lab test reports

A new federal law takes effect on November 12, 2026 that redefines which hemp and hemp-derived products are legal. Because of this change, Square has decided to not accept payments online or in person for ANY CBD and hemp-derived products. The federal law excludes products with no THC, like mine, but Square has chosen to unilaterally not support any CBD and hemp-derived products whatsoever. Here is their reply when asked about the law not applying to 0% THC products:
"Thank you for taking the time to write in and for sharing so much detail about your product and testing — I know this situation is frustrating, especially after you’ve been a compliant CBD Program merchant with us for years.
I understand your product is a CBD isolate with 0.0% THC, supported by both supplier COAs and independent third‑party lab results you’ve already provided to Square. You’re also correct that, as you’ve read it, the new federal law taking effect November 12, 2026 appears to use a total‑THC‑per‑container threshold, and that a true zero‑THC product wouldn’t intuitively seem to be captured by that standard.
To answer your core question as directly as possible:
- Square is exiting support for all CBD and hemp‑derived products, including 0.0% THC isolates.
- This is not a case‑by‑case review based on individual COAs or THC content; it is a category‑level change driven by the new federal requirements and how they impact payment processors and our banking/partner relationships.
- Because of that, we unfortunately cannot make an exception for CBD products that test at 0.0% THC, and resubmitting COAs would not change the outcome.
In other words, this is effectively a full exit from the CBD/hemp‑derived category on Square, rather than a narrow interpretation that would allow certain CBD products (such as zero‑THC isolates) to remain. I realize that’s likely not the answer you were hoping for, especially given the care you’ve taken to stay compliant and transparent with your testing."
