SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all states within the contiguous United States we are legally able to.  Unfortunately, due to current laws, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire or South Dakota.

Internationally, we do NOT ship to China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, and India

 

If you are within our free delivery area, you will not be charged shipping.

If you are outside our free delivery area, you will be charged a flat rate based on your delivery address.  We have recently started using a discount shipping service.  If your shipping costs are less than what we spend to ship your products to you, we will issue a refund of the difference between your flat rate and actual cost.

We're not trying to make money on shipping. 

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchases.  If for any reason you are not, please let us know so that we can make it right.  We gladly accept returns on any unopened items in their original packaging.  If you are returning it to us within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used when purchasing the item.  We will inspect the item when received to make sure it is in an unopened condition prior to issuing the refund.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After 7 days, we will gladly issue you store credit or exchange for another product, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging.  If the exchange item is of lesser value than the original item, we will issue store credit for the difference.  If the exchange item is of greater value, customer is responsible to pay the difference.  We will inspect the returned item when received to make sure it is in an unopened condition prior to issuing the refund.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For any returns, please send us an email at contact@lucilleshoney.com letting us know the issue and we will issue you a return authorization, including the return address.  Once the item has shipped, we ask that you email us the tracking number of the shipment so we can watch for it.
